She was on top of all of our questions and was very prompt with getting us the answers that we needed before traveling from another state to make the purchase . I traveled 7 hours to work with this team. Everything was as promised and they gave me a fair trade in price for our vehicle. Recently purchased a 2021Equinox from Shepherd’s. Our salesperson Kennidy did an excellent job! She went above and beyond to make sure that we found the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. The salesperson I did with was very professional my issue comes from when we did the financing, I was told multiple times that my payment would be 20 dollars a month less than it was, when I added gap coverage. I attempted to cancel the gap coverage back in March and the money still has not been credited on my loan. Find it frustrating that payment didnt match what I was told and I dont see to be able to cancel the policy. Overall good company just be careful getting talked into extras.

I showed up for my oil change on the wrong day and they still managed to get me in, even though it was late in the day.

I had plans to take our Tahoe on vacation, the air conditioner quit working and we were worried that it might not be fixed by the time we went on vacation, but the staff at Dorais’s were able to get the Tahoe in and repair it.. in the “trying times” that our country is going through with labor, it speaks volumes that Dorais’s still puts the customer first.
