I had a vehicle in mind that I had been shopping for and found the color I liked best and mileage that I needed both within my budget. Coming off of a less than desirable situation with another dealer; Kennidy, Adam, and Brent all three stepped up to give me more than I expected. Great Place to work with. I worked with Kennidy who was fantastic. She was on top of all of our questions and was very prompt with getting us the answers that we needed before traveling from another state to make the purchase . I traveled 7 hours to work with this team. Everything was as promised and they gave me a fair trade in price for our vehicle. Recently purchased a 2021Equinox from Shepherd’s. Our salesperson Kennidy did an excellent job! She went above and beyond to make sure that we found the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Shepherd’s gave us more in trade in than other lots in the area offered. I would definitely recommend going to Shepherd’s and purchasing a car from Kennidy.
